The American Idol Season 16 finalists have been named, and 2018's Top 14 contestants look like a tough group to beat.

A week after the show's first seven finalists were named, judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan officially unveiled the remaining seven. And now, we can say that this is the final group that will compete to be the next superstar, and follow in the footsteps of Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and more.

Gabby Barrett, Jonny Brenns, Marcio Donaldson, Cade Foehner, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Garrett Jacobs, Jurnee, Mara Justine, Dennis Lorenzo, Maddie Poppe, Michelle Sussett, Catie Turner, Ada Vox and Michael J. Woodard have all successfully advanced to the next round.

The first round of Top 14 performances will be taped on April 21 and air on Sunday, April 22. Live results will air on Monday, April 23.
