The brand new Las Vegas Raiders are looking to make a great impression with their new community by pledging $500,000 to eliminate current school lunch debt.

In a press release yesterday (01/20/2020) the Las Vegas Raiders announced the donation will be used by the Nevada Community Foundation, and that all schools participating in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs will benefit.

Gian Brosco, president, and CEO of the Nevada Community Foundation says "As the Raiders prepare for their official arrival as our state's first-ever NFL team, their positive impact on our community continues to grow as evidenced by this significant gesture" according to WDSU.com.
