Did you know that there's a Farmer's Market in Abbeville?  Well, there is, and it opens at 8 tomorrow morning!

Magdalen Square, the perfect small-town setting for a great home-grown farmer's market, will be the location for the farmer's market in Abbeville, through the end of the year.  Scheduled dates are April 13, May 4, May 18, June 8, June 22, July 6, October 5, October 19, November 16, November 30, and December 7.  The market will be open from 8am until 1pm.

All produce and items sold at the market must be home grown, home cooked, homemade, etc!!

Tomorrow, they are expecting 55 vendors:
Produce Vendors will be selling fresh country eggs, onions, Swiss chard, corn meal, turnips, local honey and more.   Food vendors will be selling homemade fudge, cakes, cookies, breads, seafood tamales and more.  Artisans will be selling hand made furniture, quilts, jewelry, children's clothing, note cards, hats, paintings, soaps, bath salts, etc.

As an added bonus, Abbeville High School Band Boosters will be selling delicious hamburgers tomorrow.
