The data is in and the news is this, your sugary beverage is killing you.
But did we really need the study?

New research presented at the American Heart Association’s Epidemiology and Prevention/Nutrition, Physical Activity and Metabolism 2013 Scientific Sessions showed that 180,000 deaths worldwide are linked to sugary beverages.

Study after study has connected our desire for sugared drinks to higher risks of heart disease, diabetes and obesity.  So why haven't we stopped drinking sugary beverages?  Like drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, our bodies form cravings for sugar that are hard to resist.  Just recently, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg even attempted to ban sugared drinks larger than 16 oz., but the proposal was invalidated by a judge the night before it was supposed to take effect.

Dr. Kevin from Wellness Wednesday with CJ and Debbie Ray, constantly talks about how sugar is eroding the health of Americans.  Now we have proof people are dying around the world.
