People are genetically programmed to worry.  It's not healthy, stresses us out, and takes years off our lives.  A new study found that the average person worries almost two hours per day.  That equates to twenty eight days per year and a total of five of our adult years.  FIVE years of our lives wasted worrying.

The number one thing people worry about is work followed by money.
