X Factor Standout Carly Rose Sonenclar is Broadway Veteran

Think you recognized Carly Rose Sonenclar last night on the X Factor? She's the thirteen year old who wowed Britney, Demi, LA and Simon with her rendition of 'Feeling Good.' She may be young, but she's no rookie. Her Broadway and film experience, along with her incredible talent, paid off big time on the X Factor. The judges and the audience loved her- and so did New York Times theater critic Charles Isherwood. He described her as a "preternaturally skilled singer" when he wrote about 'Wonderland' in April 2011. According to IMDB, Carly Rose has also appeared in 'The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' and 'The Electric Company.'  When she said she would sing Nina Simone's 'Feeling Good,' I thought we were in for a train wreck, but boy, was I wrong!
