Only in California...

Stone Brewing in San Diego has created a beer made with recycled sewage water, according to Huffington Post.  The beer is a pale ale called Full Circle and was made with treated water from San Diego's Pure Water plant.

The plant hopes to treat enough recycled water by 2035 to supply a third of the city's water supply. The water is completely treated, and those who tried the beer said it had 'caramel' and 'fruity' notes.

I don't care how purified it is, I don't think I'd drink beer made from 'recycled' water when there's plenty of beer made from water that wasn't in a sewage plant first.
