Work Begins On Doucet at Johnston Monday

The Lafayette Consolidated Government Public Works Department has announced that work will begin on Doucet Road between Johnston Street and Mayard Drive Monday, November 4, 2013. Construction will include the addition of two left turn lanes and one dedicated right turn lane on Doucet Road. In addition, a single dedicated right turn lane will be constructed from Johnston Street to Doucet Road. All work will be completed within five months, with Mother Nature's cooperation.
