Woman’s Will Calls For Euthanizing German Shepherd
A woman in Indiana has a request in her will that require county officials to euthanize her healthy German Shepherd and have its remains placed in the casket with her.
The woman was found dead in her home earlier this week, and now her attorney will see to it that her last wishes are carried out.
According to the law, a pets are considered property, and the owner has the legal right to decide what happens to those pets after he or she passes away.
Although several people have offered to adopt the dog, at last word, the execution was to be carried out, as per the owner's wishes.
