The house at 7 Montagel Way in Shoal Creek has been on the market more than once before. At one point, the asking price was nearly $18 million. There were no takers. A year ago, it was on the market with an asking price of just under $14 million. The Daily mail reports the 15 bedroom, 16 bath mansion will go on the auction block October 31st. It sits on 27 acres, and has a driveway that looks like a guitar from the air. It also boasts a 12 car garage, fitness center, and private movie theater.
