Last week we traveled with friends to the Great Smoky Mountains, spending New Year's week in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Our cabin was on a mountain plateau with a stunning view. We visited Ober Gatlinburg and the surrounding area and saw some beautiful sights. It even snowed while we were there. But the most fun we had all week was playing Password! I haven't laughed so much in quite a while. We started with Monopoly, moved on to Clue (which nobody remembered how to play!) then graduated to the game made famous in the 1960's on television. The crazy rhyming clues, the forgotten guesses and the accidental stating of the Password instead of a clue made playing so much fun! Playing Password can make you feel so smart and so stupid in a matter of minutes!

Watch this clip from 1963 with Betty White and Jack Parr and laugh!
