Why Do These Two Vans At Busy Intersection Start To Levitate [VIDEO]

There's a video from a street cam in China that has people not believing what they're seeing with their own eyes.  Two vans at a busy intersection seem to just start levitating for no reason.  One of them even flips on its side.

Turns out, construction workers left a cable lying across the street.  On the other side of the street, there is a street sweeper.  The cable gets caught up in the street sweeper and lifts the vans up in the air.  Can you imagine what was going through the minds of the drivers?
