On 12% of people sleep naked, and for your health, you should too.  Stacy Liberator from Daily Mail, reports on a survey about those who sleep naked, and why we all should.

12% of people sleep naked.  It's good for your health.  For starters, you'll sleep better.  You will stay cooler which will help you to get to sleep faster and stay asleep longer.  The perfect sleeping temperature is 66 to 68 degrees.

This may be hard to believe, but you will burn more calories.  Yes, sleeping nude will burn more calories than sleeping with clothing. 
Sleeping naked helps women prevent infections you know where and will also help a man's sperm count.

The research also found that couples who sleep naked are happier.
