Which Song Is Performed The Most On Singing Competition Shows

It often seems that the same songs are being performed on signing competition shows, but apparently this is not the case. A website vulture.com did a study of 12 American singing competition shows and the results are in! The most performed song is "I Have Nothing" by Whitney Houston which has been performed 17 times.  That may seem like a lot to some people but think about all the shows that are out there, the number could be a lot higher.  To break it down a little further the song by Whitney Houston has been performed on "American Idol" eight times, "The Voice" five times, "X Factor" two times, and once on "The Winner Is" and "America's Got Talent."  See I told you guys it wasn't that bad!
