Where Does Drew Brees Rank Among The All Time Great NFL Quarterbacks?

Where does Drew Brees rank among the all time greatest NFL quarterbacks? Nfl.com polled fans to compile a "sweet 16" (It IS March Madness, after all.) of the all time great signal callers.  I'm not sure I agree with all these picks. They ranked Seattle's Russell Wilson #16. Yes, he's won a Super Bowl, but he's only played 2 NFL seasons. Dan Fouts is in the Hall of Fame, but didn't make this list. Kurt Warner led two different teams to a total of three Super Bowl appearances. He's been a two time league MVP, and a Super Bowl MVP. He's not on this list, either. OK, Where's Drew Brees?
