When You’re In A Hole, You Can’t Fall Out: CJ’s Daily Message February 11, 2019

I saw an old friend today.  He and I worked together years ago.  He's one of the most optimistic people I know.  Things were tough for him for a while.  But his positive attitude is contagious.  He had some advice for me today.

My friend, who will remain anonymous, said two things to me today that will forever remain etched in my mind.  "You can't fall out of a hole" and "When you're flat on your back, you can only look up".
