I don't find myself stressed too often (I've had people tell me "You couldn't care less, could you?").  Well actually, I do care, it's just that I don't always let it adversely affect me. 

Sometimes when I see things 'not going my way', I use what would be stress for some as a strength to find a resolution to whatever is stressing me.  I guess it's my way of saying "the glass is half full".

When I DO find that the stress is getting to me, I turn to my computer and watch one of these two videos, and it all seems to go away (for a short while, at least!).
