What’s The Most Direspected Minority In America? [Opinion]

In this age of political correctness, it seems everybody's complaining they don't get their due. Everything offends someone. So, who do you think is the most disrespected minority in America? Is it women? I don't think so. They often don't get the respect they deserve, but they're not a minority. Slightly more than 50% of the US population is female. Is it the native American, the Asian American, The African American? How about Jews, gay people, Muslims? I don't think so. I think the most disrespected minority in America is a group many people never consider.

In my opinion, the most disrespected minority is left-handed people. Most folks don't give us much thought. Nearly everything is designed in a manner that's unwieldy for us. I recently bought a new microwave. They all have the control panel on the right. The store had NO left-handed microwaves. Try opening you refrigerator with your left hand. Our writing system goes from left to right. It's a totally awkward motion for the left hand. I've taken a lot of flack over the years for my bad handwriting. Well, yeah! The cold truth is, it's a right-handed world. It's time for southpaws to unite and rise up in protest!
