What's That Green Stuff?..........It's spinach.

I've told you before, I love burgers for breakfast. I sleep late on Sundays, so "breakfast" usually turns out to be brunch.

Last night, I stopped into a grocery store at Congress & Bertrand. Among other things, I bought some spinach & feta cheese chicken sausage. While having my coffee this morning, I mulled over the decision of using some of it in an omelet, or mixing it with ground beef & making a burger. Obviously, I chose the latter.  Not much to it. I used about 1/4 lb. of each, formed it into a patty, seasoned it with a little "Tony's", broiled it & served it on whole wheat bread w/ ketchup & mustard. By the way, It was Good!
