Danica Patrick  has had the goal of winning the Indy 500 since childhood. She is the most successful woman in the history of Indycar racing.

She was the first woman to ever lead  the 500, finishing 4th in 2005 and was named 'Rookie Of The Year'. Danica finished 2nd at last year's 500, and is the only woman to ever win an Indycar race, yet many (male) sportswiters refuse to give her props.  Speculation is rampant that she will switch to Nascar full-time in 2012.

There's clearly more money to be made. In my opinion her chance of failure is greater. Inycar drivers who move to Nascar don't have a history of success there. The cars are more than twice as heavy, and Danica is 5'2" and 100 lbs.  Two-time 500 winner & two-time series champion, Dario Franchitti  had an absolutely disastrous season on that circuit a couple years ago.

If you were her, what would you do?
