What Was Going On In Youngsville Saturday?

I drove by City Hall in Youngsville on Saturday and saw what appeared to be a farmer's market.

But upon closer inspection, it looked like people were lining up for something.  Granted, there were vegetables on some of the tables, but the boxes on the pallets tell me that it was a little more "organized" than a regular farmer's market.

I am at a loss as to what was going on (and too embarrassed to ask someone at the event!).
