KATC Storm Team 3 Chief Meteorologist Rob Perillo has issued an update on what we can expect here in Acadiana as Harvey returns to the Gulf briefly tomorrow before a second landfall in Texas on Wednesday. Rob says we're in for even heavier rain and possible tropical storm conditions starting tomorrow and continuing through the week, depending on what Harvey does after it returns to the Gulf and then makes a second landfall. Bottom - line, we'll need to be prepared all week for a flood event possibly as bad as last August and the possibility of tropical storm conditions.
