The devil went down to Seattle instead of Georgia last Saturday night. Well, a statue of him did, anyway.

Hundreds assembled at the Detroit chapter of The Satanic Temple for an invitation - only ceremony celebrating the unveiling of a 9 - foot statue of Baphomet, a goat - headed idol prevalent in Satanic worship.

The statue will be out of public view for the time being. The Satanic Temple is hoping to secure permission to get the statue displayed near a monument of The Ten Commandments outside the Arkansas State Capitol. Click here for more details from Fox News.
