Most of Americans are walking, driving and working sleep deprived.  The good news is, there is one night a week that will allow you to get a better night's rest than any other.

And the winning night is Tuesday.  A new study found that you will sleep better on Tuesdays than any other night of the week.  The concept is that you've gotten through the first part of the workweek, and you have the rest of the week set up, so you know what's coming which allows you to be less stressed.

Researchers also found that you are less likely to go out drinking on Tuesday nights or eat a large meal.  Not doing each, will help you to sleep better.

The second best night of sleep will come on Monday.  As you might expect, the two nights for the worst night of sleep are Saturdays and Fridays.
