What Makes You Pick One Business Over The Other: CJ’s Daily Message December 9, 2018

Walgreens on one side of the street, CVS on the other.  What makes you pull into one over the other.  Same with Home Depot and Lowe's.  Walmart and Target.  Two businesses that sell basically the same stuff, so what makes you pick one over the other?

Is it prices?  Service?  The color of the building?  Is it because one business advertises over the other?

I was thinking about this today.  I don't have the answer but I know you do.  Sharing your answer with me will help me to understand and in addition, may help business who see your answers be better at what they do.
