In this week's edition of Wellness Wednesday, Dr. Kevin shared his Top 7 Tips for eating right on Thanksgiving.

1. Eat what you want (within reason)
2. Choose more protein and fewer carbs
3. Do something physical
4. Eat a healthy breakfast
5. Pick a few servings of dessert and stick with that. Make desserts with Stevia or Xylitol instead of sugar.
6. Skip seconds,or, at least, wait about twenty minutes before you go back for more.
7. Don't drink alcohol before you eat.
