Wednesday Is National Receptionists Day

Wednesday, May 14th is National Receptionists Day. The receptionist is most people's first contact with almost any business. He or she is the first person you see upon entering, and is the first person to answer the phone. A bad receptionist can really hurt your business. We have an awesome receptionist here at Townsquare Media. Her name is Janet Theriot. Janet has been with us for three years. There are 7 radio stations under this roof, and she does a great job of dealing with the personalities here. A few years ago, all fulltime employees were required to work a couple hours manning the phones. It's no easy job! Janet does a fantastic job of keeping her wits about her. She's also a great cook!
