Rise and shine, royal wedding obsessives!  Coverage of Kate and William’s nuptials begins at 3 am on Friday in the U.S. Why not prepare a traditional English breakfast to celebrate? The hefty spread includes fried eggs, pork sausage, smoked back bacon, fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, thick-sliced fried toast and a British specialty known as black pudding, which is a combination of pork, pork fat, blood, onions and spices.  And swap your morning cup of Joe for tea, of course- ideally of the English breakfast variety.  If something a little stronger is more your speed, raise a glass of the beloved Brit cocktail, the Pimm’s cup.  It features Pimm’s No. 1 (a gin-based spirit), lemon-lime soda or ginger ale, fresh mint leaves and sliced lemon, cucumber, orange and strawberries.   Another libation option is a Buck’s Fizz, which is basically British for “mimosa.”  Cheers!
