Virgin Atlantic Unveils Designer Uniforms From Recycled Plastic [Video]

Sir Richard Branson is constantly looking for ways to "do it better." His his personality trickles down through the ranks of his companies.  Virgin Atlantic's new uniforms reflect his unique flair for style as well as commitment to practicality, and  environmental responsibility. The new uniforms, designed by Vivienne Westwood will make their appearance in airports, clubhouses and in the air July 12th.
The new outfits are practical as well as elegant. Scarves and ties are quick release for safety. Shoes are non slip. Many of the garments are constructed of a polyester fiber made from recycled plastic bottles. Here's a "sneak peek."...
