Before you watch this video and come to any conclusions about my beliefs, let me fill you in:  I believe that if you are nice to me and my people/surroundings, I’ll be nice to you.  If, during my course of being nice to you, you show hatred for me, my beliefs, family or surroundings, I’ll will be compelled to do the same.

Stacey Dooley, an investigative reporter, grew up in Luton, England,  about 30 miles north of London.  Luton is rich in history, its airport having served as a RAF base during the second World War.

This documentary centers around a group of Muslims, protesting the arrest of the wife of a Muslim Extremist suicide bomber who injured two people in the Stockholm bombings.

The statements of the Muslims, here on film for the world to see, tell me that they are saying “either you are with us, or you are against us….. we will not tolerate your beliefs.”

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian don’t need your presents (they’d rather you donate to charity), but that won’t stop her family from throwing her a baby shower where her picture will of course be taken.

Kardashian reportedly sent invitations to A-listers including Fergie and Beyonce. Except these weren’t just invitations. They were full-blown music boxes.

And not just any music boxes — music boxes that played a lullaby version of West’s ‘Hey Mama.’

Kardashian’s sisters Khloe and Kourtney, mom Kris Jenner and family friend (and wife of West’s former manager) Shelli Azoff are throwing the “garden chic” brunch on June 2.

A source told Us Weekly that Kardashian is more than ready for the birth after seeing her sister Kourtney pop out two babies of her own. “Kim is not scared at all and has no fears,” the insider said, adding that the reality startlet and West will stay stateside before going on West’s tour with their spawn. “This was always the plan.”

And if you’re wondering whether the theme will be pink or blue, the ballerina enclosed in the music box looks like a smaller version of Kardashian. And uh, it’s a ballerina.

Science Experiment Gone Wrong

This is not a new video, but I had never seen it.  In the broadcasting/digital world we think we can’t post something old because everyone has already seen it…well even if you have seen this video, watch it again.

This video is a reminder to me that heroes come in all shapes and sizes.  This video touched my heart today and I know it will touch yours too.

One sad note though, the narrator says the injured dog lived, sadly it did not.

Those cute little moppets Sophia Grace and Rosie, who serve as correspondents for  ’Ellen,’ hit the red carpet of the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, letting Miley Cyrus, 20, know they want to get into the clubs and brandished fake IDs to prove it. The busted moves, too.

We love these naughty little girls and how they handle celebs with gusto.

The lil’ British luvs played roulette with David Guetta and Akon and demanded Miguel sing for their boss Ellen.

They also showed Psy their version of ‘Gangnam Style.’

They commented on how big Nicki Minaj‘s boob are, too. Watch and see.

So precocious! They are they best at their job as red carpet warriors aka correspondents for ‘Ellen.’

Everyone knows that when Jim Cantore from the Weather Channel shows up, chances are things are going to get pretty bad.  Canotre and other storm chasers were in the new Dominator storm chasing vehicle during the devastating tornado in Oklahoma that experts say was at least an EF4 (166 to 200 mph).

Storm chasers in the Dominator said they had never felt vibration like that before as they were slammed by suction vortices wrapping all around the vehicle. All part of #TornadoChasers, Season 2013 coming up this fall on http://tvnweather.com/ondeman.

To celebrate both YouTube turning eight-years-old as well as kick-off the site’s Comedy Week, America’s favorite remixers The Gregory Brothers recently delighted us with the history of the beloved video sharing site in song. 

It’s hard to believe that just eight years ago there was no Chocolate Rain nor Pop Tart Cat. How did we survive? Regardless, we can’t say we regret any of it. Remember that time we discovered how ridiculously close goats and humans sound? Oh, memories!

Among all of the wins the Gregory Bros have churned out, this might be our favorite. And we can’t disagree — life hasn’t been the same since YouTube.

In this clip, a senior being interviewed by a news team finds her dog buried in the rubble, right in the middle of the interview!

When her dog crawled out from under the rubble (with the woman’s help and the help of a news crew member), the woman commented “Well I thought God just answered one prayer, lettin’ me be okay; he answered both of them”.

My thoughts are with those affected by the recent storms in Oklahoma, and thier families and friends.

An enormous tornado with a debris cloud two miles wide tore through the metropolitan area just south of Oklahoma City on Monday afternoon.

UPDATE 9:28 p.m. EST: At least 51 people were killed in the storm, including seven children from Plaza Towers Elementary School in Moore, according to KFOR in Oklahoma City. The news station reported that 75 student and staff were inside the school when the storm struck. Officials said Monday night that the search of the rubble remaining of the school had turned to a recovery mission.

UPDATE 8:33 p.m. EST: At least 37 people have been killed in the storm, according to the local medical examiner. The two-mile wide twister, has been given a preliminary classification of an EF-4 tornado (winds of 166 to 200 mph), according to weather officials. Crews are continuing to search an area of 30 square miles for victims of the powerful storm.

UPDATE 7:49 p.m. EST: ABC News reports that at least 10 people have been killed in the storm in Moore, Okla. today.

UPDATE 7:04 p.m. EST: The AP reports that several children were pulled alive from the wreckage at Plaza Towers Elementary School, in Moore.

UPDATE 6:05 p.m. EST: CNN affiliate KFOR is reporting that people are pulling children out from the rubble of an elementary school in Moore. There is no official word yet on the condition of the children.

The town of Moore suffered tremendous damage as the twister gradually moved east, but it never did reach the downtown area of Oklahoma’s capital city. The National Weather Service had issued a tornado emergency warning for the region, a rarity for such a highly populated area. Schools, houses, businesses and many, many more buildings have been utterly devastated.

The tornado may also have touched down in or near the town of Newcastle, which is where many people who had been evacuated due to Sunday’s storms were sheltered.

In total, more than 171,000 people may have been in the path of the tornado, according to CNN.

Extreme Shopping Cart Fails

The 2013 Billboard Music Awards were bittersweet for Justin Bieber. He nabbed the coveted Milestone Award, but the crowd didn’t make it easy for him to accept.

Rocking aviators and going onstage to a mixed chorus of boos and Belieber shrieks, it was an intense moment for Bieber. He looked around silently for almost a full minute. After getting encouragement from presenter Cee Lo Green, Bieber began to speak, but his voice was shaky and breaking at times. “I’m 19 years old,” he said firmly. “I think I’m doing a pretty good job.”

That garnered more cheers. “From my heart, I really just want to say, it should be about the music, the craft that I’m making,” he said. “This is not a gimmick. I’m an artist, and I should be taken seriously.” Amen, brother! “I want to thank my manager Scooter Braun, my family, my mom, Jesus Christ,” he continued. (Jesus earned some strong cheers.) “Mom, I love you so much, Dad I love you so much, my little brother and sister, I love you so much — my fans, you’re incredible.”

It was an overwhelming mix of pride at his accomplishments and hurt at being vocally reviled by a large portion of the crowd on national television. C’mon, crowd — have a little class. Haters gonna hate. Host Tracy Morgan addressed their rudeness: “Don’t be booin’ nobody up in here,” he scolded. “This ain’t the Apollo!”
