According to a news story posted by KATC TV3, the University of Louisiana system will go smoke-free in 2014.

A new law that is already in effect bans smoking at all public colleges, but UL isn't forced to enforce the law until next year.  The university says that it will rely on word-of-mouth enforcement....  I'm guessing with new signs that say "If you smell something, say something"....

First it was restaurants, then it was the hospital campuses, now college campuses.  Has this gone too far?  Do you think that it is a liberty that is being infringed upon, or is it a liberty (of remaining smoke-free) that is being protected?

I am interested in what you think....
