The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, who recently concluded an unbeaten fall campaign, have some pretty impressive stats to show for it.

The Cajuns outscored the opposition in the fall, 111-60, while hitting an impressive .282 as a team.

Now, keep in mind; the stats are not only from games against outside competition, but team scrimmages as well.

Junior shortstop Alissa Dalton led a group of 8 Louisiana players who hit over a .300, individually, batting a .367 in the fall.

Dalton went 18-for-49, including 7 doubles, two triples, one home run, and 8 runs batted in.

Other Cajuns who eclipsed the .300 mark during the fall included Bailey Curry (.364), Aeriyl Mass (.354), Julie Rawls (.349), Kara Gremillion (.341), Keeli Milligan (.321), and Rylee Keith and Casidy Chaumont (.308).

Curry paced the team in homers during the fall, with four, while Chaumont led the squad with 14 RBI's.

The Cajuns also showed some speed during the fall, as Mass and Milligan both had double-digit stolen bases, with 14 and 12, respectively.

Pitching-wise, junior right-hander Summer Ellyson was sensational, finishing the fall with a 0.58 ERA.

In 48.2 innings of work, Ellyson only allowed 4 earned runs on 30 hits, while striking out 57 hitters.

And again, some of those innings were against some really good hitters, facing her own teammates in team scrimmages.

Against outside competiion, Ellyson was just about flawless.

Sophomore right-hander Carrie Boswell (2.20) and freshman right-hander Kandra Lamb (2.46) were both solid as well, finishing the fall with ERA's under 3.00.

Louisiana opens their 2019 regular season schedule on February 7, playing host to a field of 5 teams in the Ragin' Cajuns Classic at Lamson Park.
