Two Women Being Sought For Robbing An Acadia Parish Store

The Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office is working to identify and arrested two women who are accused of robbing the Dollar Store on Evangeline Highway.

Officials with the Acadia Parish Sheriff K.P. Gibson's Office says one woman was armed with a firearm, while the other woman had a knife.

The women demanded money from the employees of the store at around 9:30 Wednesday morning.

They were able to make off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured.
