Twitter: Louisiana Is The Dumbest State

Don't shoot me. I'm just the messenger. A recent study conducted by Movoto indicates the people in Louisiana are the nation's dumbest. The study analyzed a half million tweets from all 50 states, and concluded people all over the country average a 5th grade reading level. That's not too good. Twitter, by its very nature is not conducive to great writing. The study concluded people in Vermont are the nation's most literate, while Louisiana ranked last. View the top 5, and bottom 5 here.
