It's a sign of the times that entrepreneurial trick-or-treaters know there’s a quick and easy way to turn all that candy into cash. They can sell it to the Halloween Candy Buyback program. Dental practices around the country purchase trick or treat candy. One practice in New Jersey plans to pay $1 per pound of candy that kids bring in after Halloween.
