Traffic Light Installations May Cause Lane Closures

The Louisiana Department of Transportation  announces that the installation of new signals will continue Monday, December 16, 2013, until Friday, December 20, 2013 with the several intersections having intermittent lane closures to allow crews to install the new signals as part of an ongoing signal replacement project.

In Lafayette Parish, the intersections that may be affected are:

Ambassador Caffery Parkway at Kaliste Saloom Road

Moss Street at Castille Avenue

Moss Stree) at Pine Street

Cameron Street at Pierce Street

Cameron Street at University Avenue

This work is scheduled to take place from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.

There are no vehicle restrictions. Emergency vehicles will have access to the area.  No detour is necessary for this work.
