Toyota Recalls Nearly 1.7 Million Vehicles

Toyota will recall 1.67 million vehicles, to address a brake problem. Reuters reports, more than a million vehicles will be recalled in Japan, and another 615,000 worldwide. The company is recalling the cars to repair a problem that could cause the master cylinder to leak brake fluid, impairing brake function. The affected models include Auris, Crown, Noah, Voxy, Crown Majesta, Corolla Rumion and more than a dozen Lexus models. The automaker says no crashes, injuries or deaths resulting from the defect have been reported.
