Tornado Recovery Coalition Information Meeting

Rayne residents affected by recent tornados here are invited to attend a Community Information meeting hosted by the Rayne Tornado Long Term Recovery Coalition. Service providers will be on-hand to answer questions, provide information on available assistance, and help residents plan for recovery efforts. The meeting is set for Tuesday, May 3 at the Rayne Civic Center Auditorium. The Rayne Tornado Long Term Recovery Coalition has also established a Long Term Recovery Fund at Rayne State Bank. Monetary donations are being accepted on behalf of the Rayne Long Term Recovery Coalition by United Way of Acadiana. Checks should be made out to United Way of Acadiana with a notation Rayne Tornado LTR Fund.  100% of the donations will be spent to assist Rayne families in the long term recovery process. For more information regarding the Community Information Meeting and/or the Long Term Recovery Fund, please call Angela Morrison at 337-706-1202.
