Picture this:   you are trying on bras at your local Kohl's, and you notice a cell phone being held under the divider, with the camera pointed in your direction... would you chase the perpetrator through the store, topless, just to bring him to justice?  This woman did...

According to the Raw Story, she halted her pursuit (haha!! See what I did there?  Halted?  HAHA!!!) at the front doors of the store, deciding that it'd be best not to run out topless, but bystanders continued the pursuit and ended up stopping the offender a few blocks away.
