I had the Shrimp and Crabmeat Remoulade salad last night at Copeland's (it was excellent!) and started wondering if there was a chef called Remoulade who invented it (no), which led me to wonder about the Cobb salad, the Caeser and ultimately led me to this video. Very interesting. Excuse me, I have to go now. I'm hungry for Salisbury steak!
