Tons of Nutria Wash Ashore in Mississippi After Hurricane Isaac [VIDEO]

As if the possibility of Isaac returning to the Gulf of Mexico isn't enough, the storm is adding insult to injury by washing up tons of nutria on Mississippi beaches. In Harrison County alone, sixteen tons of dead nutria have been hauled off the shore to a landfill. The beaches are closed, but residents report the smell extends for miles.
