Tim McGraw has won his court battle with Curb Records. Curb has fought to prevent McGraw from releasing his latest album on Big Machine records.

The Tennessee Supreme Court refused to hear Curb's appeal of a lower court ruling in the singer's favor. Mc Graw's new CD "Two Lanes Of Freedom" was released February 5th on Big Machine.

The Huffington Post reports, the court refused to hear Curb's appeal of a lower court's ruling that McGraw was free to record with whomever he wished while his legal fight with his longtime label continued through the court system. An appeals court affirmed that ruling last year and Curb sought the Supreme Court's help. The court signed an order last week denying the appeal.

"Two Lanes of Freedom" debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 all-genre albums chart, and reached No. on the Country chart.  It sold more than 106,000 copies. This is McGraw's first album on any label other than Curb.
