This Couple Gave New Meaning To ‘Til Death Do Us Part.’

There's a sweet sadness to this story. Michael and Olympia DeNettis met as children and knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. They were married for 67 years, raised two children and had a granddaughter.
Both were gravely ill & each didn't want to live without the other. Olympia died of pneumonia on february 2nd, at age 95. Michael was battling colon cancer, and his family feared Olympia's passing would leave him devasted. They decided not to tell him. He awoke from a dream in which Olympia had passed away. Michael joined his wife 32 hours after her passing. I found this story on people.com, and felt the need to share it with you. Not having known them, I don't feel their family's sense of loss. I found it beautiful and romantic.
