As if we don't have enough to worry about, now we have to worry about the sheets we sleep on.  You won't believe what you're sleeping on.

On average people say they wash their sheets once a week which seems to be enough right?  It's not.  Forty four percent of people wash their sheets at least once a week.  After you find out what you're sleeping on, you may want to wash them once a day.

A new study found that your sheets, no matter if you shower before bed, pick up a LARGE amount of bacteria, fungus and fecal matter.

When washing your sheets, use hot water if you can do so without harming the quality or color.  Always check the label for washing instructions.
