One of the most annoying things about driving in Lafayette is trying to figure out where people in front of you are going to turn because they don't use their turn signals. It turns out this isn't just a problem here, but nationwide. An Indiana State Trooper made a video 'tutorial' to help those people who must not know how to use their turn signal or that they even have one.
