The Amazing Shrimp Poboy at Southside Bakery – Eat Lafayette 2016

I had the great pleasure to spend some time with my friends at Southside Bakery last week as part of the Eat Lafayette campaign. My job required me to eat a shrimp poboy, a muffaletta, cookies, petit fours, and a slice of cake like my Mom used to make. It's a tough gig, but somebody had to do it! LOL! Seriously, though, if you haven't had the burger or the sandwiches and treats from Southside Bakery, make it a point to sample their delicious menu during Eat Lafayette - you will love it!
