Downright Domestic has come out with disgusting information about the beds we sleep on.  Beds are really one of the nastiest items you come in contact with on a daily basis.

Downright Domestic says humans sweat more than one pint a night.  Either that sweet will evaporate or not.  If it doesn't, it become a breeding buffet for mildew and mold.

The average bed has 6 billion dust mites.  They love to eat your dead skin.

Your bed is full of fecal matter.  Yes it is!  All those dust mites have to go to the bathroom somewhere.  So do the bedbugs.  Even humans leave behind fecal matter.  Make sure you use a mattress pad and wash your sheets often.

Bedbugs eat seven times their own weight in blood.  And they live in YOUR bed.

Don't sleep with your dog even though you want to.  Pathogens can travel from your dog to YOU!

Even though research found that the average guy washes his once every three months, sheets should be washed once a week.
