Texas Woman Slips Out Of Handcuffs Before Stealing Police Car [VIDEO]

It's a scene right out of a movie...

What's wrong with people? Toscha Sponsler of Pollok, TX was arrested for shoplifting and handcuffed behind her back before being escorted to the backseat of a police vehicle. She can be seen looking around before getting her handcuffs off and stealing the police car. Sponsler led Lufkin Police on a 100 - mph chase that lasted 23 minutes before she was run off the road. She attempted to use a shotgun in the vehicle but it was thankfully locked. Sponsler was arrested on additional charges of aggravated assault of a public servant and threat of a deadly weapon.
