Terminal Teen Cancer Patient Donates Make-A-Wish (Video)

Jayci Glover's 13. Her days on Earth are numbered. Jayci's been diagnosed with a rare form of lymphoma. She decided to leave her mark while she's still with us.
Jayci was granted a wish by the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and decided to donate it. She attends Kanab High School in Utah. Yahoo News reports Jayci has made gift of a new scoreboard for the school gym. A check has been presented to the school in her name.
Jayci's endured chemotherapy, and 40 rounds of radiation. Her family has set up a website to accept donations for her medical costs, and she received something special from Jordin Sparks...
