'Liife & Style' magazine is reporting that Taylor Swift has now lost 10 pounds after being on a diet since last summer.  Her secret is in the snacking.

The magazine says Swift lost the weight by snacking on Chia seeds.  The same seeds used to make Chia Pets.

The new hip, natural, diet trend is to eat Chia seeds.  These little seeds, many Americans have spead over terracotta figurines to watch them grow, are supposedly high in Omega-3s, antioxidants, calcium and fiber.

Swift says the seeds swell in her stomach, reduce hunger and fill her up for hours.  She says they cause her to, "Eat like a bird all day long".  Swift puts them in smoothies, eats them betwee award shows, photo shoots, song writing, etc.
